Deep-drawn parts
Expertise for deep-drawing!
Various forming possibilities for cost efficient parts
We specialize in the production of sophisticated deep-drawn metal parts using transfer presses. Particularly, we focus on stainless steel deep drawing and aluminum deep drawing. Additionally, we process other non-ferrous metals such as brass, bronze, or copper, as well as special materials and steel.
Our deep-drawn parts have a sheet thickness ranging from 0.05 to 3.0 mm and a maximum length of 120 mm. We can also draw sleeves or tubes with extremely high length-to-diameter ratios (e.g., for pen refills or protective sleeves for sensors). The tools required for deep drawing are completely designed and built independently.
By combining additional forming and processing technologies both within and outside the press, we generate an astonishing variety of products. The goal of our designers is always to conceive the deep-drawn parts in such a way with the customer that they are ready to fall out of the press, thereby maximizing cost potentials. Dabei gelingt es uns häufig, Drehteile zu substituieren oder Fügeprozesse einzusparen.
Furthermore, we have access to a variety of secondary processes, ranging from standard procedures such as cleaning and deburring to machining operations and internal heat treatment. To meet the most stringent cleanliness requirements, such as those necessary for the production of our pharmaceutical products, we have our own cleanrooms and corresponding laboratory facilities.
With our extensive experience and comprehensive expertise in the field of deep drawing and its accompanying processes, we are able to push the boundaries of what is achievable.
The quality of our products speaks for itself. Our production is certified to ISO 9001, IATF16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 15378 standards.
