Through fine blanking stamped parts with the tightest tolerances and the highest edge quality can be\nrealized, so that expensive further processing steps can be avoided. In our progressive process we\nare able to integrate further forming processes into the tool, in order to realise complex geometries\ncost-efficiently.<\/p>

In the follow-on composite process, we can integrate additional forming processes into the tool, allowing for cost-effective realization of complex geometries. Our tools are always designed and manufactured by our in-house tooling department.<\/p>

Due to our extensive and diverse press portfolio with press forces ranging from 400 to 1400 tons, we possess the optimal and cost-efficient equipment for all customer requirements. We manufacture fine blanking parts from stainless steel, steel, and aluminum with sheet thicknesses of up to 16 mm.<\/p>

For many fine blanking parts, there are requirements that go beyond the capabilities of fine blanking alone. For this purpose, we have our own secondary processing facility where we further process the stamped parts using grinding and brushing systems, among other methods.<\/p>

To effectively serve our globally positioned customers, we manufacture our fine blanking parts worldwide. We have production facilities in Europe, North America, China, and Mexico. These facilities are certified to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.<\/p>
